      Have held a multitude of roles at CTEH since 2005. My present role at CTEH is Senior Environmental Consultant and Director, Business Development. In this role I provide technical expertise to CTEH customers in need, as well as liaise between CTEH customers and CTEH Operations personnel (environmental scientists, toxicologists, industrial hygienists, data managers, emergency response personnel, etc) to ensure customers' needs are met during large scale responses; represent client in Environmental Unit of Incident Command during responses and exercises; develop and actively maintain relationships with select Clients; represent CTEH at conferences and industry trade fairs; empower Sales and Marketing personnel; collaboratively work with staff to articulate, plan and budget Sales and Marketing budget; and, provide internal environmental consulting to support CTEH Operations.From January 2014 until October 2017 I was a member of CTEH's Major Projects Team, which strategically identifies new opportunities with a select group of clients in the oil & gas, chemical, and transportation sectors.From June 2012 until January 2014, I was the Director, Environmental Services. In that role I provided the direction for the Environmental Services Group; was responsible for the growth of business arising from environmental service line; fostered an atmosphere which was conducive for the professional growth and success of each of the members of the Environmental Services group; and managed the day-to-day operations of the Memphis, TN and Martinsville, IN offices of CTEH.From July 2008 until June 2012 I was a Project Manager in the Environmental Services Group.
