      Decentralisation of ICT resulted in an opportunity within the newly formed Private Client Services business unit to head up the Business Solutions team, which also provides some services to Corporate Services and Manco and the remaining centralised group functions.I lead an enthusiastic and talented team located across three jurisdictions. Together, we provided technical solutions using our combined application management, business analysis, business intelligence, software development and solution architecture expertise. I kept Senior Management informed on technology trends and innovations and was responsible for ensuring that our Private Clients Services business unit fully benefited from its investment in systems, including assessing wealth management industry software opportunities and managing the core operational systems budget.The Maitland Private Client and Corporate Services business was acquired by Stonehage Fleming during 2021, and I was responsible for coordinating the discovery and delivery of business software application deliverables from an in-scope business perspective through to completion on 31 January 2022. Show less In 2014, technology teams within the business were transferred to central ICT. This role was created to manage the increasing competing demand across all business lines for central ICT resource, and required the formation of a new team, processes and delivery frameworks.I developed mechanisms for understanding, anticipating and influencing demand for technology and ICT services at a strategic, tactical and operational level. This entailed significant collaboration across business senior management and ICT managers to ensure appropriate prioritisation, including filtering out less valuable work requests. As product manager for Jobstream, I worked closely with the vendor and business segments to ensure the systems continued to support business efficiency and client service, as well as monitoring alignment between vendor roadmaps and business strategy. This resulted in close collaboration with the vendor in developing a payments module which we were able to acquire at a 75% discount due to my involvement.I also contributed to projects having a technical component, working closely with IT colleagues, such as the migration of time recording, billing and office accounting functions to a centralised practice management system.This role required me to manage a team through significant organisational change and during restructuring periods. Show less This role was created in response to significant technology and regulatory change within the fiduciary services industry. Successfully migrated our client service processes with a small team from the 4Series system to Jobstream, as well as digitised physical document filing processes using Laserfiche. Managed all aspects of change including process enhancements and training and adapted the systems to support our business model and user requirements.
