  • Experience in supporting and/or maintenance of safety critical and high reliability electronic & electrical assemblies (e.g. sensors, instrumentation, avionics, radar, sonar and control systems).• Ability to evaluate and investigate electronic /electrical equipment & systems, debug, repair to component level.• Able to action HALT, HASS and ESS testing to ensure reliability of electronic / electrical equipment used in harsh, extreme and safety critical environments (e.g. subsea, automotive, aerospace or military environments)• Ability to assist the Electronic /Electrical group with enhanced/non-standard system test, engineering changes, process development, improvement of procedural documentation and NPI (New Product Introduction). • Mentoring of Operators/Technicians to improve quality awareness and aid standardization of processes while supporting the Electronic /Electrical group enhance overall system reliability and reduce system defects.• Team worker who is also able to ensure any work carried out by self is performed within schedule and that documentation and quality systems are adhered to.
