      Human Resources Associtation ("HRA") is a professional association whose members are HR Directors, HR Managers, HR specialists/generalists, Business Owners of Multinational and Vietnamese Corporations, Companies, SMEs, International NGOs. HRA has been changed its name in January 2004. Originally it was a Human Resources Club established in 1995 in Hanoi with the initiative of Pricewater House. HRA's goals are developing profesional capacities, sharing professional knowledge, skills, attitudes and experience among its members and other HR professionals; networking and contributing to the development of the HR communities in Vietnam and the rest of the world. HRA operates under the laws of Vietnam.Since its foundation HRA has been recorgnized by Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), as well as other Vietnam labor authorities (ie. MOLISA, DOLISA) from the central to local levels and the International Labor Organisation ("ILO") for its contribution to HR development and management of Vietnam.
