  Edited and managed the Weekly newspaper specifically for people of Indian sub-Continent living in the North American Continent. As the first full-time Editor, improved the paid circulation from about 5000 to over 25,000 when left in 1976. Developed business strategy to increase the adverting revenue and circulation while also building a competent editorial staff.

  Started a new Public Relations and Advertising company. Dissolved the company when joined the New York State Health and Human Services as a Management Specialist, and joined the Graduate MPA Program at New York University.

  Auditing Health Clinics and Nursing Home facilities for proper reimbursement of Medicaid and other insurance disbursements. Saved thousands of taxpayer dollars discovered through duplicate billing and multiple unsupported service claims.

  Directed the day-to-day operations of the Energy Division, which regulates all electric and gas utilities, and Fund Administration Division which administers Oklahoma Universal Service Fund, Utility Assessment Fund, High-cost Fund, and E-911 fund, from1997 to 2007. Additionally, managed Fuels Procurement Department, Telecommunications Department, and Transportation Department, from 1980 to 1997.

  Managed various utility matters, for the Council of the City of New Orleans, including rate and regulatory matters associated with Entergy New Orleans, Inc., Entergy Louisiana, LLC and Entergy Corporation and its operating subsidiaries. Conducted 2008 Rate case audit of Entergy New Orleans Inc.’s Electric and Gas Operations, and filed Revenue Requirement testimony as the Policy Witness. Developed successful settlement proposals for recovery of Restoration Costs by Entergy New Orleans Inc., caused by Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav and Ike. Testified before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) regarding Generation System Agreement issues of Entergy Inc.’s Operating Companies on behalf of the Council of City of New Orleans.
