Additionally, managed Fuels Procurement Department, Telecommunications Department, and Transportation Department, from 1980 to 1997.

Conducted 2008 Rate case audit of Entergy New Orleans Inc.’s Electric and Gas Operations, and filed Revenue Requirement testimony as the Policy Witness. Developed successful settlement proposals for recovery of Restoration Costs by Entergy New Orleans Inc., caused by Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav and Ike. Testified before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) regarding Generation System Agreement issues of Entergy Inc.’s Operating Companies on behalf of the Council of City of New Orleans.
