Directly involved in hiring and training of opening front of house team. Created and maintain floor plans, training materials, and reference documents for both b'artusi and Via Porta. Supervise staff and handle customer relations needs during both meal and bar service. Instrumental in sourcing and ordering small wares and non alcoholic beverages as well as building back-bar and wine lists. Maintain inventory for stock of dry goods and beverages.
