  In my time in this position, I represented COSI when determining how COSI operations and major events such as the Columbus Arts Festival and Columbus Pride Festival could coexist in the same space and ultimately benefit all all the involved stakeholders. I worked closely with a variety of organizations, including Columbus Recreation and Parks, the Susan G. Komen Foundation, and the Greater Columbus Arts Council. I led a team of over 50 team members in a variety of roles to guest service excellence while being responsible for the operations of the COSI Box Office, parking lots, and motion simulator ride, three separate budgets impacting over $4.2 million dollars in revenue. I joined COSI shortly after the entire team formerly managing the operation of the parking facilities around the museum had all moved on, which was a difficult challenge, but gave me a blank slate to work with. During my time in this position, I dramatically revamped the operations, ultimately increasing net revenue by 18% over a fiscal year.
