  My portfolio of client's are mainly small and medium sized family run businesses. My role is to manage all accounting compliance requirements, ranging from self assessment to annual audit procedures. The aim is to provide my clients advice to structure their affairs in a tax efficient manner as well as reducing the burden of all aspects of accountancy to leave them to focus on running their business. I have been involved with numerous start up businesses focusing on implementing an efficient business structure from the outset and indeed to support future growth. I also have numerous academy clients and am involved with managing the annual reporting requirements including the audit of their financial statements. I also specialise in internal projects involving new software packages and general firm procedures and have been influential in various recent software implementations.Milsted Langdon are heavily involved with the local community and I regularly attend college events to help develop young professionals in the area. Show less I joined the firm from college and gained my ACCA qualification over the following four years. During, and beyond this time, I have been involved with a variety of assignments, mainly involving corporate clients. The majority of these assignments were in relation to audit, tax and preparing company accounts. My time in this role also involved one off specialist work including being outsourced to the audit commission and being heavily involved with the implementation of new pieces of software.My role developed over this time to accounts and audit supervisor and more recently to general practice manager.
