These secondments gave me vital experience that was needed in the S&T department. Understanding of GRIP stages of major rail projects.Given responsibility to own and deliver project for speed boards throughout the Stoke station area. This involved carrying out site surveys, client meetings, costing and ordering of materials.Created task briefs for weekend project work including risk assessments.

      Responsible for content, design and layout on presentations to key stakeholders to gain project buy-off/agreement.Worked as part of a team on large project (B-Diagnostic) to introduce wireless data transfer programming of vehicle control units on the production line. This was to bring Plant Oxford in line with the other Group manufacturing facilities. I worked with other plants within the BMW group to use their experience and knowledge for this project.Responsible for Component Flash Project at Plant Oxford. Arranged workshops to process map current state.Identified opportunities to removed non value added steps in the process, resulting in a leaner standard model.Introduced a SharePoint system to replace the existing process. This enabled viewing and sharing of the process across multiple departments.
