      Executed and led the express implementation of an enterprise version of an HRIS platform, ADP Enterprise IV, to handle basic Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll transactions. These process flows and instructions became the new Standard Operating Procedures for handling many human resources transactions.- Leading the collection and standardization of data from the legacy platforms to support initial conversion requirements.- Developing and supervising the execution of test plans.- Establishing a centralized group to handle data entry and reporting requirements.- Leading the conversion of existing reports as well as collecting the specifications for new ones.- Organizing and conducting end-user training.- Developing and executing the communication plan around the release of the new platform.- Preparing for the Fall 2006 Annual Enrollment initiative. Activities around this initiative included: - Updating plan changes in the system. - Producing test versions of confirmation statements. - Developing realistic HRIS goals and budget for the following year.Additional responsibilities included- Working with vendors to determine an overall project schedule and budget to deliver Manager and Employee Self Service as well as an automated rules based benefits enrollment engine.
