Responsible for their operational fitness, training and administration including their dependents. Maintained high morale and spirits of the team.Handled the operational employment, inventory and maintenance of 14 main battle tanks, 30 load carrier vehicles/light vehicles, plant equipment, weapons, clothing and other combat stores. As the unit equipment maintenance officer for two years was responsible for ensuring technical compliance during inspections by expert teams.
