  My role included the identification of change projects within the BNP Paribas in-house Legal data repository. The key change projects completed included, the design and implementation of Collateral documentation regulatory change, the implementation of sustainable Legal data controls to maintain Legal data quality and the creation of a Legal data field to feed bankwide systems. The maintenance and distribution of Legal data is essential to several key business areas of BNP Paribas including Collateral Management, Risk and Regulatory teams.My responsibilities included the organisation and chairing of the Legal Data Integrity Steering committee, the management of the Legal Data Integrity team and the production of meaningful performance indicators that monitor data quality and throughput. Show less My role included the managing the integrity of OTC trade feeds and the reporting of breaches of trade file integrity and the non-compliance of file SLA’s. The role also required detailed data manipulation to report issues and working to pressured deadlines to ensure Collateral margin calls were issued within the defined agreement deadlines. Another key task was the ongoing management of change to improve data management.   Legal Automation Project Manager leading the CLM Legal workstream at Santander SAMy role as Project Manager/ Scrum Master is to facilitate the creation of a Legal on boarding workflow tool to support the CLM Lifecycle for new and existing clients. The aim of the work stream is to streamline Santander’s Legal negotiation process for faster and more efficient of on boarding of revenue generating clients. My main achievement to date are to • Advocate and promote Change within the CLM Legal negotiation process with the introduction of Legal negotiation software• Support and coordinate with Legal Product owners across multiple locations to adopt Agile practises for the project.• Analyse multiple vendor systems (Appian, Contract Room, Nintex) to assess application suitability vs. cost of development• Identify and design the Legal Automation workflow with Product owners and key stakeholders across Global locations • Support Product owners to define and prioritise Epics and User Stories for development within the Legal component of the CLM life cycle.• Project planning with timelines for implementation.
