The VRAS Project encompassed all aspects of voter registration and elections management, including voter maintenance; signature validation; streets and boundaries maintenance in support of reprecincting and redistricting; automatic assignment of voters into their appropriate voting districts (with override capabilities); precinct committeemen and board worker maintenance; ballot ordering and management (early, absentee, and questioned ballot processing); petition processing; polling place support; and voting machine inventory and management.
