  - Responsible for effective arrangements in all hospitals and primary health care for the provision of a full infection control service including policy production ,surveillance ,education and training , and audit led by me and my team work in administration .- Reviewing reports and statistics on the incidence of alert organisms(e.g. MRSA, C. difficile , hepatitis in kidney dialysis ) and analyze these hospitals records to assess the extent of a disease outbreak in order to make the appropriate recommendations for action (like what happen in Ahrar hospital and Diarb Negm hospital)- Conduct education sessions for hospital of governments (like what I do In Ahrar hospital every Wednesdays for Doctors and nurses, nursing school of Ahrar and even Nursing faculty in ZAGAZIG.- work as instructor for pharmacology for nursing schools in( Ahrar hospitals males and females ) to increase their abilities and contribute in making good generation for our future have knowledge and experience .-Instructor for infection control diploma with nursing syndicate in Mansurah city.- Make improvement for all my hospitals I auditing them in all aspects of infection control.- Establish our page on facebook to connect all infection control specialists to make data flow easy between them 收起
