    Has 18 years of Experience in setting up Successful enterprises from scratch, fostering International Business and Partnership, Building Ecosystem through Policy Making for several Govt, India Entry Strategies, Investments and Fund Management. ✓ As President of EAI, he leads the state-wise chapters of EAI and also the global chapters in US, UK, Middle-east ✓ He has been a successful investor in more than 30 startups who are now rising higher in valuation. ✓ Is an "IVLP Fellow of US Dept of State"- for fostering Economic Empowerment through Incubators in South Asia. ✓Is a Discover Israel Alumni under Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Govt of Israel ●Was Invited by Govt of China, Govt of Israel, US Dept of State, the Russian Federation and Govt of Thailand to speak on Innovative Policies & Developing Entrepreneurial Ecosystem. ✓Drafted StartUp policy for Govt of Bihar, the Bihar Industrial Policy 2011 and Govt Cooperative Policy 2016 and the Implementation Plan for Rs. 500 crores Bihar StartUp fund under CM of Bihar in 2017, which paved the way for complete turnaround of the ecosystem in Bihar. ✓Has in-depth Research on Creation of Entrepreneurial ecosystem: in India and have visited to Incubation centres in 11 states of US; in all major states of Israel, in several Cities of China and Russia. ✓In addition to several policies and research work, he has worked in creating rural jobs, Need Gap Analysis at district-level economy, Agri Value Chain and Agripreneurship. ◆He started Impact Incubator Enterprising Zone in 2013, which is one of the Oldest and most reputed in India. ◆He devised the Execution Model for Policies including Bihar Industry Policy 2011 for Bringing New Investments in Bihar. ◆In 2013, He started India's Largest Volunteer Campaign for StartUp and Innovation "StartUp Yatra Yatra", it covered all 38 districts of Bihar, 35 other districts of India, one lac plus interactions, and in 2017 it was taken up by Govt of India. ◆ In 2014, started the Annual Bihar Entrepreneurship Summit and Bharat Entrepreneurship Summit attended by Chief Minister, Governor, Union Ministers and Ambassadors, UN, World Bank heads. ◆In 2015, on his demand and advocacy, Startup Committee was made by Hon Chief Minister of Bihar. ◆He started Artificial Intelligence-Centre of Excellence in 2019 with Experts from US.
