I steered the end-to-end design and data architecture from inception to execution, collaborating closely with engineers, marketing, customers, and stakeholders. My responsibilities spanned the creation of a brand design system, prototypes, react dashboards, mobile patterns, A/B testing, user interviews and user interface designs—all informed by detailed metrics and user research.

  Leading the design of a social network marketplace web and mobile app, I forged connections between citizens and expert lawyers. The project had multiple complexities and functions ranging from chat, pairing system, payment system, and community to Q&A. I had to go deep into extensive user research, coupled with regular interviews, journey mapping, wireframing, interface designs to guide the end-to-end design process.   Designed Gathersense's core B2B e-learning and evaluation platform for web and mobile. These were complex data-driven interactive dashboards simplified and tailored to the needs of different user types. I led the design in collaboration with the developers and had to capitalize on UX research and data analysis to optimize platform usability and ease of use.
