  As a national literacy consultant, presenter, and workshop leader, I collaborated with PK-5 educators. During my 29+ year tenure at Zaner-Bloser I led numerous handwriting workshops and professional development sessions; served as content advisor on curriculum development; developed and directed the National Handwriting Certification Course; supervised the Zaner-Bloser Handwriting Correspondence Course; organized and directed the HW21Summit research forum; directed the annual Zaner-Bloser National Handwriting Contest; and organized and led Zaner-Bloser's team of OTR/L Handwriting Training Specialists.RESEARCH ACTIVITIES Aug 2011-Jan 2012 – Organized a national research symposium on handwriting held in Washington, DC at the Newseum on January 23, 2012. Served as the voice of the customer providing program feedback. Responsible for market and subject matter research to lead the creation of new educational curriculum products and developed roadmaps for new iterations of existing products for delivery in print as well as digital. Conducted extensive competitive analysis for presentations to all internal customers. Create, develop, execute, and manage comprehensive sales and marketing plans to penetrate and grow targeted markets. Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure understanding of necessary features for the product and coordinate needs for the success of the overall program. Create all marketing collateral for product line including territory specific collateral and all national campaigns. Responsible for the preparation and management of multiple budgets.
