  Developed, implemented and managed adult day-care program for special-needs people from scratch. Hired caregivers, developed curriculum and schedule, managed administrative obligations, and monitored medication compliance to build a successful 10 person program. After working as a caregiver in the youth program for the school-year, I developed and implemented a summer program for over 50 children with special needs ranging in age from 2-14. Special needs ranged from autism to severe physical disabilities. Summer population was much larger than the during the school-year, so required significant organization and management skill. Responsibilities have been highly varied: homework, schedule management, managing all grocery shopping and errands, driving for multiple sports, and generally supporting the family with two working parents.
