▪ Planning and managing the department resources in order to ensure that all commercial activities are process efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures ▪ Maintain good communication lines with stake holders, monitor and provide regular status updates on new project mobilization and maintain high levels of service to the end user ▪ Prepare relevant reports to provide information to the Line Managers review for making informed decisions on commercial strategy, cost saving initiatives ▪ Identify, evaluate, select and maintain sources of supply in order to register and establish them as approved and preferred service providers ▪ Develop and maintain durable relationships with vendors in order to facilitate procurement transactions which meet the company objectives in contingent circumstances ▪ Negotiate service providers and vendor to be within the allowed budget and get the best value for money and maximize company profits on all vendors in order to meet the company objectives in contingent circumstances, maintaining high levels of service to the end user ▪ Prepare and submit Dubai SME supplier and top 20 suppliers spend reports ▪ Queries and clarifies any concerns regarding received purchase requests data, concerning description, units, quantities and specifications, directly with the initiating department personnel ▪ Responsible for coordinating with buyers on all matters concerning allocated requests, best practices to process (quotes) and complete (delivery) within logical time period ▪ Responsible for reviewing and updating all personally entered (locked) price quotations, supplier’s data, and date validity ▪ Empowering team members in achieving KPI’s objective
