Academic Administration:a. Scrutinizing course outlines and ensuring faculty responsiveness.b. Monitoring trends and resolving issues, liaising with other departments.c. Close monitoring of grading timelines and coordination with Faculty.5. Internal Audit:a. Conducting academic audits to ensure graduation eligibility and compliance with policies.b. Liaising with internal and external auditors and addressing discrepancies.c. Develop and maintain database of student Deferral/Dropouts/LOA/Withdrawal /Return & Retake recordse. Planning and budgeting for on-campus events associated with the programs.6. Tools and Softwares Used:Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office tools, Teamwork desk, Mettl (for online proctored exams), Portant (for invoice generation).This role requires meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the success of educational programs and administrative processes.
