  I managed a team of 10 directors at RebelTHON which raises funds and awareness for Batson Children's Hospital. Managing over fundraising, development, and recruitment, we raised over $265,000 and recruited 1,200 students for the organization - a 54% increase in fundraising from the year before and a 50% increase in participants. I personally solicited over $11,000 in donations for the organization.
