  Prior Roles: Victim Advocate (2018-2019), Program Coordinator (2019-2020), Director of Direct Services (2020-2022)As the director of the Direct Services and Trauma Care Institute departments, I oversee a team of 5 staff members and 20 contract volunteers. I am responsible for managing two federal grants, ensuring accurate reporting and information dissemination to the grant manager. My program is dedicated to providing ethical and comprehensive services to victims of crime, as well as educating consumers on their rights and the criminal justice system. I have developed efficient training systems resulting in a 30% increase in new training attendees. Additionally, I successfully executed the first Female Victims of Crime conference, attracting 200 attendees and $15k in sponsorships. I work to improve city-and-state-wide relationships and identify opportunities to collaborate and meet programmatic and fundraising goals.
