  Working at Warwick Conferences for over a year has given me valuable custormer service skills, dealing with custormers over phone and in person. It has also imporoved my leadership skills leading to me being entrusted in training new employees and being an approachable collegue for help. Additionally, i have developed the ablity to work under pressure in stressful situations.
