  ZFactory is a cloud-based end to end solution for apparel manufacturing shop-floor with customized solutions for each department. Factories can track, optimize, digitize their processes with real time visibility anytime, anywhere to improve efficiency, quality and decrease wastage.As a Business Analyst for Indonesia geo, my responsibilities are:1. Assist sales when comes to agreement and close deal system/product.2. Assist sales team on product domain to check the feasibility of providing solutions or expand existing solutions of the project.3. Assess customers’ requirements and challenges, understand client business processes and communicate the solution to the client and to delivery teams.4. Carry out the feasibility study before implementing the project (Internal), documenting client requirements as Solution map and for sign off by the client.5. Serve as product and technology adviser to both prospective clients and existing ones.6. Make technical presentations and demonstrations, showing how a solution fits client needs.7. Conduct meetings to both internal and external teams to clarify requirements.8. Identify the key stakeholders of the project and get their involvement in requirements to sign off.9. Communicate additional requirements received from the client and escalating to the development team.10. Assist implementation teams by participating in training and delivery activities.11. Participate in onsite visits supporting implementation and closing of a project.During my work here, in daily basis I will communicate with the team that come from other geographies: Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh and Pakistan to deliver the solutions to the client.———————————————————————————Update:I worked here for about a month and a half because ZFactory has been sold from Zilingo to Buyogo AG company and with that thing happens, I am being transferred to the new company.
