  As a lifeguard, I was responsible for the safety of everyone in the pool, along with opening and closing the pool, and keeping the pool clean. As a swim instructor, I conducted group and private lessons, in order to effectively work with new or first-time swimmers to teach them how to swim and feel confident in and around water. As a swim coach, I was in charge of picking up and dropping off those on the swim team, and working with them in order to strengthen swimming techniques
