Setting short term long term objectives in line with client milestones within the team. • Monitoring & controlling the progress to assess the status, risks and dependencies.• Consolidate the status of all of the enhancements and alert tech managers and the senior management on needing their attention to meet the need by dates.• Provide daily updates on the critical CSRs that have high visibility to the program management team, on the daily progress.• Coordinate with the testing team to ensure the codes are tested and all the open defects are closed, based on the severity of the defects.• Coordinate with the production support team regarding the CSRs that are signed off to be moved to Production.• Coordinate with the quality control team and ensure that the CSRs met all the quality goals.• Go through the reports circulated by the business office team and ensure that the CSR actual effort is within the estimated effort.• Audit and Management of the CSRs includes one of my major responsibilities. It includes regular audit of artefacts. In case of audit miss follow-ups are required to SEs and SMEs assigned to the CSR and ask them to upload or update the documents.• Miscellaneous Activities: Prepare and analyse the phase wise reports on EVA tool weekly to track resource utilization per CSR which helps in the weekly status meeting with Delivery heads.
