      Working as part of the Corporate HR team, developing and managing HR projects PAN India. Providing key analytical insights to managers across regions to make effective decisions. Projects Handled:Rigour in Selection:A comprehensive selection process developed to achieve optimum selection. Based on the structure interview methodology, this process is aimed at adding greater rigour in screening candidates. With over 10,000 candidates interviewed using this methodology between June'17 to December'17, this process has helped the organization achieve a recruitment yield of 2:1 and reduced infant attrition.Candidate Interview Experience:Part of employer branding initiatives. An ongoing survey that is administered to all interviewed candidates. Aimed at improving candidates interview experience and positioning matrimony.com as an employer of choice. With over 9000 surveys captured till date, the survey provides key insights into improving the organizations goal of being employer of choice.Interviewer Training Program:A training program on interviewing skills designed and aimed at current and potential interview panels in the organization. Aimed at being a comprehensive guide to effectively evaluate and hire candidates to achieve organizational targets.
