My coaching specialties are in the areas of emotional intelligence and well-being. I am certified in coaching by the International Coaching Federation (ACC), George Mason University, and Gallup (emphasis on CliftonStrengths). I provide 1:1 coaching to leaders and also create and facilitate trainings in areas where I am a SME (emotional intelligence, meditation, etc.). I named my company Brighter & Bolder because I believe the potential of our lives is far greater and brighter than we typically imagine.
