      Chief Culinary Officer (Operations Lead) of Good Uncle, an app-based meal delivery service that sold high quality prepared meals on-demand in college markets using a fleet of tech-enabled delivery vehicles equipped with smart ovens and a B2B wholesale grab and go/heat and eat sales channel that operated nationwide producing up to 25k meals per week.After being acquired by Aramark (NYSE:ARMK) May 2019, helped triple the growth of the wholesale line and add 60+ menu items with half on rotation all while servicing accounts across the East Coast as well as Dallas, Atlanta and Los Angeles regions. Helped create production partnerships to produce Good Uncle meals in Aramark regions. This led to the creation of a Production and Recipe Operating System from the ground up. In coordination with the CEO, had full responsibility for menu development and finances with oversight of operations, digital/physical product, brand marketing/content, R&D, FSQA, supply chain, and customer experience.
