      User experience lead for a new time card solution used by the UX COE. Conducted user research to discover pain points with previous solution. Created functional requirements for the new product that was implemented. Designed dynamic dashboard in Salesforce to improve team communication, provide transparency, traceability, and accountability. Defined Salesforce CRM mobile strategy using Salesforce1 with a greater focus on simplicity and micro-moments. Analyzed, defined, and implemented a disaster recovery plan for the tokenization service exceeding goals by 6 hours for recovery time and 3 hours for recovery point. Drove the product strategy for an issues management tracker project by identifying gaps and solutions, scoping requirements, and managing product integrations.
