Engineering Reviewing the IFC and Shop drawings Sharing the methodology of construction Activities Give solutions to complicated issues Checking the Project Specifications and Standard Providing alternate Proposals with supported Documents Reviewing Project Quality Plan / Method Statements / JSA & Risk Assessment Attending the Project works shops. Giving inputs to the Planning engineer to Prepare the Project Base Line Program.02. Procurement Reviewing the Quotations and give final approval Finalizing the Sub contractors Finalizing the materials to be used for the Project Controlling the sub contractors Working along with the Company Cash flow03.
