      The Healthy Colorado Project was a partnership with Governor Hickenlooper, Colorado State University, and The Coca-Cola Company. It brought together business, government, and civil society, with the collective objective to support Governor Hickenlooper's goal of transforming Colorado from the leanest state to the healthiest state in the nation. The aim was to demonstrate that working together is the best way of addressing societal epidemics, such as obesity. Team members include Ajay Menon, Colorado's Chief Innovations Officer and Dean of the Business School at CSU; multidisciplinary faculty and students at CSU; The Coca-Cola Company's Innovation Team and Northwest Region Leadership and Public Affairs Team; and the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade.Student teams conducted community-readiness research including ethnographic interviews of community members and community leaders. Information was analyzed and presented at a final Ideation Session with attendees from around Northern Colorado who held interest in this topic.
