  Supervision of the financial team daily work. Revision of all journal entries recorded by the team and posting them to the general ledger. Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis. Monitoring the cash status in weekly basis in order to manage disbursements priorities. Preparing cash flow in monthly basis. Preparing cash budget for the period of the incoming year and updating actual vs. budget on monthly basis. Responsible for calculating due to tax authority for all taxes kind and manage the payment of the accrued taxes according to the cash flow budget. Preparing the legal required books & documentations by EFSA. Handling and preparing the board meeting minutes and the general assembly meeting and insure the legal status of the process of them. Preparing the FS of the Company in quarterly basis. Responsible for dealing with the auditor & tax advisor and providing them all needed financial and managerial supporting documentations and attending the closing meetings to insure the out put of their products of auditors’ report and the final tax return. Handling the tax inspection of the Company and discuss the results raised from the inspection and the required tax differences (if any) and complete the legal process if needed. Evaluate the financial team & managerial team performance during the year and discuss the weakness & strength points for each person, Raise up the evaluation report to the CEO with a proposed schedule of salary increase and bonuses. Discuss with the banks management for (Transfers – T-bills – Time deposits open and close time and interest rate – loans and its related burdens). Managing the contact with the legal advisor of the Company and discussing all the legal matters which may raise and the legal procedures of extracting amended commercial registers & article of association if needed by GAM agreements.
