During my time in the role, New Brunswick ranked among the top performing provinces across Canada in new employer partnerships and successful employment outcomes for jobseekers with a developmental disability.   Tasked to lead a team through design, implementation, and delivery of a GNB priority project to address rental affordability for low-income working families with children. This project required many internal and external stakeholders working together on short timelines to achieve a common goal. The project successfully launched on schedule and is expected to have a positive impact on approximately 6700 unique households in New Brunswick.
