My research revealed that literary identities can be developed without first requiring coherent social articulation.       A rotational graduate scheme aimed specifically at developing leaders in Higher Education, centred on three diverse placements across the HE sector in order to gain varied experience in project management, communication and leadership and develop a competent understanding of the complex challenges of and opportunities for the sector. Third and last placement in the Research Strategy Office at the University of Cambridge, working on a Strategic Research Review and on a briefing paper for the University Research Ethics Council. This included working with a variety of data sets and liaising with a Department, serving as Secretary to the Review Panel, copy-editing and drafting of texts, researching ethics involving cultural objects, meeting with museum and collection curators and briefing colleagues and committees of the findings.
