  As a Policy Counsellor for Digital Policy, I led the ePrivacy directive working group as Estonia's national expert and represented the country at the European Council. My work involved meeting and collaborating with European Parliament officials and lobbyists on both the ePrivacy proposal and the European Electronic Communications Code. After the ePrivacy regulation proposal was published, I was responsible for drafting Estonia's national position on the bill and later presenting the official position paper to the Constitutional Committee and the European Union Affairs Committee in the Estonian Parliament for approval. My work contributed to the proposal being successfully considered at the European Union level. Show less
