  Dexcom designs and produces minimally-invasive sensing technology that displays accurate, real-time blood sugar readings to people with diabetes and their caregivers.​I was promoted into a management role at Dexcom in March 2018 to continue building the Design Verification Team and improve existing processes. I gladly accepted this challenge to develop personally and professionally while helping my team members grow and achieve their career goals. I joined Dexcom in May 2012 to advance the glucose-sensing platform for Type 1 Diabetics, including new hardware technologies such as Automated Sensor Insertion (G6) and Bluetooth Connectivity (G5). I drove various efforts such as Design Verification, Pre-Clinical Bench Testing, test method development, in vivo data analysis, failure investigation, and process development.
