  1. Project Coordination and Management. Incharge of all field projects raging from WASH, Income generation, Sexual Reproductive Health, Child sponsorship, conflict resolution and crisis management. Held implementing partner coordination meetings, supervision of field projects and operations and progress assessment of project goals, outcomes, targets and outputs. 2. Planning and Reporting/Documentation. I generated multiple annual workplans/ Plans of actions with relevant costs for the organization and donors. I prepared MORs (Monthly Operational Reports), Annual reports and intermediate/progress reports of several projects. I assessed and analyzed implementing partner reports and submitted applications/proposals. I development several concept notes, situation and crisis reports. I managed several reporting systems including UNFPA -Atlas system, CMS - Child Management System and many more). 3. Projects Monitoring, Evaluation and Analysis. I contributed to the analysis process of the projects. All raw data collected throughtout the projects were evaluated against their set objectives, outcomes and outputs. I designed data collection tools and carried out monitoring visits in the project areas. 4. Partnership ,Communication and events management. I coordinated workshops, seminars, talkshows (on television and radio) , webinars, district entry meetings, flash mobs, project launches, project activations (community outreaches like Focus group discussions, HIV testing & Family Planning activities and many more). I also attended high level meetings (internal and overseas/external). 5. Procurement and Logistics Function. I purchased several organization equipment, stock and assets. i managed the inventory as well. I developed invetory logbooks and ensured that the procurement procedures were fulfilled like the quotations, comparison, selection, approval and purchase.
