  I have worked a variety of position at Hy Vee. I have checked, stocked, worked in dairy as well as frozen. The final department I worked with was scanning. I assisted them with cycle counting, taking inventory and with various other tasks they needed done. During busy times I would also occasionally lead other employees in cycle counting. This would also involve training them with the scanner and the overall process.

  I check in/ out DVDs, CDs, VHSs, cameras, camcorders and other video equipment to faculty and students. I also assisted with video editing projects for both Mac and PC users. I also laminated items and binded projects/ papers. My first year at Central I worked in the dish room. I did not work the summer, but I now work with the beverages, and clean up after breakfast.

  My summer internship was project based. I worked on projects for everything from warranty tables to writing process documents for new systems. My first project involved learning SharePoint and then writing a process document on different functions. I was also tasked with accounting for daily transactions sent in the shared mailbox, as well as a couple of monthly recons. The projects were assigned by various team members but the work was mind to figure out a solution or an improvement. This often lead me to researching new excel functions and applying that research to the problem. Show less

  My time at Terex has taken me through a number of different tasks and systems. Upon starting full time I was first back fill for the Utilities team, where I worked in MAS-200, also known as SAGE. From there I transitioned to the Holdings team where I currently work. Throughout my time on the Holdings team I have handled everything from monthly recurring entries, to payroll entries, to one time sales transactions. I have also worked in a number of different systems and system changes. These systems include Oracle, Blackline, Hyperion, and Onestream. Show less
