  Internship Trainee

  During this internship I saw and learnt all things which is involved in the production in milk. I visited Dairy Cooperatives at village level, learnt the way they works and is managed. I also worked in Dairy Processing Plant and learnt about various sections of industrial plants and learnt to execute them like Raw milk reception dock, boiler section, refrigeration section, processing section and packaging section. I also worked in the Dairy Lab while this period and learnt to test and manage various samples of milk and products in the dairy plant. I also learnt managerial skill there to control all this processes and make them work in coordination to improve efficiency and reduce cost of processing by maintaining efficiency at various process and reducing losses.Under best supervision, I successfully learnt all things and got a certificate from "Verka Jalandhar Dairy" Show less

  During this internship, I learned all things involved in producing, procuring, and processing milk (Production) with intense exposure in Lab, Engineering, Utility, HR & Admin, Finance & Procurement Section. I have learned about processing & have successfully operated different sections of Market Milk, Milk Powder, Dahi, Plain lassi,low fat, sweet lassi,spicy lassi, Butter & Ghee & Packaging Section. In addition, I have also learned about Quality Management (QA/QA) in Dairy Lab, PCC Section, Refrigeration Section, Air Compression Plant, Boiler, ETP, HR & Admin, Finance & Milk Procurement Process.
