  In my role at UNICRI, I manage and support key initiatives across multiple domains, including:- Climate security, gender, and violent extremism in the Sahel and West Africa, with a focus on analyzing transnational organized crime.- UNICRI’s environmental crime portfolio, specifically addressing illicit activities related to critical minerals essential for the global energy transition.- Leading research on prison reform, digital rehabilitation, and the Green Prisons Research Initiative.I cultivate and manage strategic relationships with academics, senior UN officials, civil society, and the private sector, driving global collaboration and cooperation to advance impactful research and sustainable initiatives.
