I managed the Yuma County operations and was the sole distributor of Cutco Cutlery. In that capacity I hired, trained, and managed 53 employees who did $60,000 in business May - August 2020. This was possible by reimagining virtual hiring, training and development for representatives during the COVID-19 crisis. I built and maintained relationships with customers, personally selling $30,000 in Cutco Cutlery. Using my knowledge, created workshops and advertisement campaigns entirely online to facilitate sales for the Phoenix sales team. In order to meet quotas, I communicated with supervisors on progress of campaign strategies and scheduled client appointments.

      Business management consultant intern

As an intern I led 2 client facing projects for an aerospace and defense company along with internal trainings and projects. I acted as a project manager for an internal benefits portal research phase centered around user experience. I not only helped to organize and drive project timelines, but I assisted in recording and synthesizing data/feedback to create stakeholder personas for use in future steps of the internal website creation. Parallel to this engagement, I researched and analyzed current social media trends to curate a social media strategy consulting pitch to increase sales. Show less
