  During the Pre-opening stage where in a large percentage of the building was still in the construction stage. Together with the Chief Engineer and TNC team we helped each other in Identifying SYSTEM DEFECTS and strongly recommend to the contractors and owners that these defects should be corrected or else these would be a long term problem of the building. We ensured that the needs of the end users are properly provided and they were satisfied. During the OPENING stage wherein there are still some construction issues and punch lists to be rectified I served as one of the Group leader in making sure that these defects are addressed before we accepted the hand over of MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, and CIVIL contractors. Currently I am directly reporting to the Chief Engineer and closely work with him in making and attaining the yearly budget, impose energy conservation programs, and ensuring that all equipment are properly working to ensure that guest needs are met. I am also the accredited PCO of the building and directly liase with the Government Body to meet their requirements. As part of the MPO program to enhance the management negotiating and decision making skills. I also act as the Manager on Duty twice a month and be the management head for that specific period.
