  Key Responsibilities:★ Ensure uninterrupted power to run the factory from 5MVA Substation & 6MW Caterpillar Generator.★ Electrical Plan, Installation & Commissioning work at new projects of Pacific Group.★ Formulating a plan, schedule and ensure execution of preventive maintenance activities of all machines.★ Minimizing production loss by troubleshooting electrical breakdowns in production and utility machineries.★ Material Requirement Planning, Warranty, Spare Parts, Quality Tracking & Tracing by ERP System.★ Checking and preparing documents to ensure Factory licenses (BEPZA, BERC, DOE, and GOVT.)★ Ensure proper design and installation of Electrical single line diagram (SLD), Electrical Layout, Industrial load calculation and distribution, BBT, Lightning Protection system (LPS) as per BNBC and NFPA Standards.★ Perform and verify Thermography Survey, Earth Pit Test, Continuity Test, and Cable Insulation Test as per NETA.★ Organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like RSC, Nirapon and other relevant buyers CAP. Updating CAP, Prepare & maintain all kind of log book, Audit related reports on daily, weekly, monthly & yearly.★ Supervision and maintenance of 1.06 MW On-grid Solar Power System.★ Electrical Plan, Installation & Commissioning work at new projects of Group.★ Checking and preparing documents to ensure Factory licenses (BEPZA, BERC, DOE, and GOVT.)★ Coordinate with foreigners for various technical issues.★ Provided training to diploma holders workers on electrical safety best practices.   Key Responsibilities:★ Conduct factory inspections to ensure compliance with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).★ Prepare inspection reports following the established protocols of the RSC.★ Provide technical engineering support to factories and representatives of brands.★ Ensure the correct installation and design of electrical systems, adhering to the standards set by the NFPA, BNBC , and the RSC.★Review Single Line Diagrams and Lightning Protection System Designs, considering the applicable codes and standards.
