  Bredero Shaw is currently in a JV with CPC where I am the yard and logistics manager.The JV is engaged in the Shar-Deniz 2 expansion project for BP Company transfer from Indonesia to Malaysia, to oversee the load out of the Chevron Wheatstone project.Followed by the Inpex GEP project load out from Kuantan. In my current postion, I organise and control the movement of 35000 pieces of 42 inch pipe for the ICHTHYS project destined for western Australia, I also have 12500 pieces of 44 inch pipe for the Chevron Wheatstone project also destined for Western Australia.The total yard space under my control is 73 hectares. Responsible for the day to day operations of a pipe coating plant.Duties include Safety,planning, maintenance, operations, customer liason, employee welfare, coaching of the supervisor team and product quality,etc My duties include Safety, product quality, poduction targets, project execution, lean manufacturing, employee welfare and client liason. Supervision of all aspects of corrosion coating applied in a factory environment. General yard duties charge hand including driving 16 tonne forklifts and operating 60 tonne latice boom cranes.
