  New product development & customer services , Receiving development query from buyer through Email. Monitoring the arrangement of raw materials regarding development. Sourcing development raw materials globally if needed. Providing product technical specification to the related concern (Designer, Production & quality Responsible) & follow up all stages until finish the development. After getting developed sample reviewing it with necessary parameters and sending it to Buyer for approval. Assist relevant lab test of the developed sample to the lab responsible ,collecting report and sending it to the buyer with the developed sample. Cost analysis of product to prepare quotation (offering selling price) of the respective product. , negotiating with them and settling price. After getting approval ,sending replica of approval copy to Production and quality Department to ensure required quality bulk as per approval. Train/assist customer service, sales team and other personnel in the process for achieving highest degree required by each account in terms of service and quality. Updating concern team when existing approved item got changes in any point of view (Price, Size, Color, Design etc). Attend meeting with retailers to progress of new developments. Buyer requirement audit conduct and monitoring. Monitoring technical requirement of buyer like GAP.OLD navy ,BR, And others Show less
