      I am responsible for a broad range of initiatives that span all areas of learning from Management, Consultancy, Design, Implementation and Innovation. Some key achievements include;* Learning Design Lead for multiple significant Groupwide projects, providing dedicated learning design and innovation consultancy for the creation and implementation of a variety of future thinking digital media solutions.* Created the strategy, implementation and development of a new fully immersive learning experience Groupwide within LBG through the introduction of Virtual Reality, revolutionising the learner experience.* Identify, implement and deploy multiple new innovations and technologies across learning to continue to revolutionise the learner experience, including RapidMooc - our first ever all in one self-serve video booth, iPad and tablet implementation and Podcast development.* Create and design market leading, high quality digital based learning solutions across all media including Video, E-Learning and Graphic Design.
