    I am having more than 13 Years of Experience in Publishing Industry I started my career as a trainee proof reader in "Intergra software services" in Pondy. Within a year, I was promoted as team lead for Cambridge university Press and Elsevier. I then joined "Hurix systems" in Chennai as "Team Lead" where I started to communicate with clients through E mails and Conference calls. I joined "TnQ books and Journals" as a "Managing Editor" for Cambridge University Press and Oxford University press. I got an opportunity in "Laserwords - A SPi Global Company" as a "Project Manager". and with in a year I also got promoted as "Assistant Manager". My goal is always to "Delight the Client" by delivering the files AHEAD OF SCHEDULE and with 100% QUALITY. I always think innovately, Works towards People and Process improvement, Flexible and Proactive.
