      My main role involved telephone systems installation and programming. I also, at times worked as part of the in-house tech support department, where I managed faults across the complete range of projects dealt with by the company and worked with many different vendors in the process. Project management was an integral part of my role. When working on the help desk I was able to develop my customer service skills as this was one aspect of the job that I had never undertaken.
