      Oct 1999 – July 2009 SHS Sales & Marketing Office Administrator to Office Supervisor July 2009 - Dec 2010 Customer Service Team LeaderAfter the implementation of SAP a new department was set up within SHS Sales & Marketing in which I was given the position of Customer Service Team Leader, within this department there was a team of 4 staff Management of the team to ensure daily tasks and responsibilities are completed as expected Ensure SAP order flow processing for field sales reps, EDI orders and manual orders Ensure SAP order flow processing for Van Sale replenishment orders Delivery creation for all sales orders Assist with KPI reporting for the logistics manager Responsible for the smooth running of month end and producing the relevant reports to the business Dealing with queries from customers on the telephone Participate in daily/weekly & monthly management meetings on and off site Participate in quarterly stock takes with logistics manager  Investigation & resolution of queries within our other operating companies who handle and distribute our goods Dealing with internal queries from management & staff throughout all departments within our Clondalkin and head office in Belfast. Handling and processing customer complaints Day-to-day support on general queries from sales team and update regular information as required Maintenance of information and distribution as appropriate General administrative support for the sales and marketing team Raising, releasing and goods receipting purchase orders ready for payment Management of Customer accounts on SAP i.e. Opening, Closing and Suspension of accounts and liaising with Sales team and management to inform them of any such changes. As I was part of the Health & Safety committee I attended a Health & Safety committee meeting every quarter Show less
